Close the Gap Kenya is a social enterprise that aims to bridge the digital divide by offering high-quality, pre-owned computers collected from European and international companies to educational, medical, and social projects in developing and emerging countries.We bridge the digital divide with the Circular Economy HUB and the Close the Gap HUB, where we innovate, educate, and manufacture.
The Circular Economy HUB is our state of art IT asset disposition facility where we assemble computer components, mobile devices, spare parts, and other tech devices into nearly-new ‘made in Kenya’ devices. These devices will be used in educational, medical, and social projects. The Circular Economy HUB is situated in Mombasa near the harbor.
The Close the Gap HUB is our one-stop-shop. It is the dynamic heart of individual and international co-workers, young entrepreneurs, and start-ups. It’s an inspirational and specious co-working space with meeting rooms to host all your meetings and events. The members can even exercise in the mini-gym or eat lunch and have coffee in the Close the Gap Café during their breaks.
Young start-ups can benefit from an incubation program called “BOOST” and they can make prototypes in the innovational maker space. Close the Gap HUB is strategically situated in the oldest and most iconic shopping mall of Mombasa near the city center.

Close the Gap HUB has everything to take your meetings, events & daily work experience to the next level. We have amazing meeting & event spaces where we offer catering options. Next to that we offer complete co-working packages for the co-working space. Our café team is always there to provide you with a great lunch and the best coffee in town! We even offer incubation, soft skills & e-waste awareness trainings with our partners MDF and Crosswise works. Recently our partner CTG Circular opened an IT shop in our HUB.

Meetings & events
The boardroom, Cocoons, Arena, Interactive IT classroom, Maggie Tent, restaurant and private office spaces are all for rent, for meetings and events.
