Meetings Mombasa


These are the two coziest spaces we have. The cozy cocoon and the high cocoon are both equipped with a 40-inch HD Samsung screen, flip-charts, white board and individual A/C unit.


Private meeting-room with boardroom table for 8 persons, lounge area and a small work spot for 3 pax. This meeting-room is equipped with a 65-inch Samsung screen, two A/C units & a water dispenser.An ideal meeting-room for big meetings,conference calls (with a group) & trainings.


Perfect for a business event, training or product launch. It can fit up to 60 seated guests and even more upon request. Chairs, tables and audio-visual equipment (multiple 65-inch screens for presentation, microphone and professional sound system are included).

Maker space

We also have a maker space in Mombasa, fully-fitted with 3D printers and other prototyping equipment to assist entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. The focus of the Mombasa hub is to drive impact along three key pillars:
Learning, Business and Technology.

Mini Gym

Treadmill, crosstrainer and other fitness equipment available in our mini gym with A/C and shower. Bookable for 2 hours for our members.  

Private office space

24/7 access to your fully furnished private office. The rent includes; high speed internet, 5 inclusive cocoon meeting room hours, branding inside the office, usage of video conferencing and presentation equipment. Plus monthly unlimited access to other spaces.


A classroom located above the restaurant, perfect for trainings with small groups.

No problem! We understand that sometimes things don’t go the way you expected. But let us know at least 48 hours before the event takes place. If not indicated different in the contract.
