The boardrooms, Cocoons, Arena, auditorium, restaurant and private office spaces are all for rent, for meetings and events.

These are two small conference rooms. Cocoon A and Cocoon B are both equipped with a 40-inch HD Samsung screen, flip-charts, white board and individual A/C unit.

Boardroom A

Private meeting-room with boardroom table for 8-10 persons, lounge area and a small work spot for 3 pax. This meeting-room is equipped with a 65-inch Samsung screen, two A/C units & a water dispenser. An ideal meeting-room for meetings, conference calls (with a group) & trainings.


Perfect for a business event or training. It can fit up to 100 seated guests and even more upon request. Chairs, tables and audio-visual equipment, 65-inch screen for presentation, microphone and professional sound system are included.

Boardroom B

Private meeting-room with boardroom table for 6-8 persons,  An ideal meeting-room for big meetings,conference calls (with a group) & trainings.


Perfect for a training or workshop. Depending on the set up it can fit up to 30 persons. Chairs, tables and audio-visual equipment for presentation is available.

Maker space

We also have a maker space in Mombasa, fully-fitted with 3D printers and other prototyping equipment to assist entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. The focus of the Mombasa hub is to drive impact along three key pillars:
Learning, Business and Technology.
